“A Timeless Classic” by Douglas N. Muir is another stunning example of a detailed story, magnificently illustrated and graphically displayed, focusing on a specific theme in philately.  This theme happens to be the decision and development of a new head of  Elizabeth Regina by Arnold Machin.

There is also a foreword by the artist-designer David Gentlemen.  I also recommend a collection of his artwork:  It is a truly impressive portfolio of work.
